Refunds & Return Policy
- Returns: Bundle Market accepts returns for physical products purchased from our website within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the status of their refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s original payment method. The customer will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies of the payment processor.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
- Digital Products: We do not accept returns for digital products, such as software, e-books, audio files, and video files. All sales of digital products are final and no refunds will be given.
- Damaged Products: If a product is damaged during shipping, the customer should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.
- Non-Returnable and Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for returns & refunds, such as gift cards, downloadable software, subscriptions and all sort of digital products and products that are custom-made or personalized.
